The Actors Life Organization Co. (T.A.L.O) was founded in 2024 by Amondre Oglesby, known professionally as, Amondre D. Jackson. Amondre has been an actor, writer, and filmmaker for nearly 10 years. He saw a need that didn't exist, and it was a need to help his fellow actors and aspiring actors follow their dreams without worrying whether they'd survive financially. Amondre has a BS in Business Management & Leadership with Summa Cum Laude honors. He is an executive member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and a member of the Delta Mu Delta business honor society. He's known for his supporting role in One Night in Miami, and for creating the TV spec pilots "Sales" and "The Deets'".

In 2012, Joi founded Anointed Hands Tax II Inc. She has since built a thriving business offering various services, including tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and small business startup assistance for clients nationwide. Her commitment to giving back is evident in her service on the boards of four nonprofit organizations.
