We provide affordable education, free tools and resources, and emergency financial assistance to ensure that every actor, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the support they need. Through strategic partnerships and a strong, supportive community, we work to alleviate financial burdens and create meaningful opportunities for artistic development and career advancement.
At T.A.L.O, we believe in cultivating a space where actors feel understood, valued, and inspired to pursue their dreams without compromise. Our outreach initiatives aim to spread love and hope within the broader community, while our ongoing efforts focus on expanding our reach and impact statewide. By championing the well-being and success of every actor we serve, we strive to redefine what it means to support the acting community—setting a new standard rooted in compassion, accessibility, and lasting impact.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. In addition to helping actors, we also strive to spread love, help, and awareness that there is power in the acting community of Georgia.

The Actors Life Organization Co. (T.A.L.O), is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable education, financial and intangible assistance, free or inexpensive tools, resources, growth, and networking opportunities for the well-being and advancement of actors.

T.A.L.O offers a variety of services, including financial and other intangible assistance, affordable education such as acting classes at no more than $100 per month, and affordable workshops, networking, and discovery events. We also keep you informed on news/insights and industry mixers. Please browse our website for more information.
T.A.L.O offers financial assistance only to working actors or actors currently training in a Georgia acting studio who are in need. You must fill out an application and provide documentation validating your need for assistance. Your application and documentation will be reviewed, and you will receive a decision via email. Please review the terms in our "Apply for Aid" tab.
You may apply for assistance that is not monetary. T.A.L.O. supports actors in a variety of ways, we may be able to help in other ways that are not financial.
If approved, T.A.L.O will pay the acting studio directly for your monthly class fee. You must be attending a legitimate studio with an active business and location. T.A.L.O will only cover up to $300 in monthly class fees.
T.A.L.O partners with actors within the community who are willing to offer a permanent or temporary room to rent to those in need. In some situations, T.A.L.O may be able to help with expenses related to obtaining or retaining your own place. Please review the terms and conditions in our "Apply for Aid" tab.
Yes. T.A.L.O is always looking for ways to give back to the local community that supports us as actors. We are always looking for volunteers and ideas to hold events that allow us to give back to the community.
Yes, unless you're an active student applying for class fee assistance. Currently, T.A.L.O. is only able to accommodate GA actors for aid. As we grow, we will expand our reach.

If approved for assistance, you may apply again after 6 months. T.A.L.O students may apply for class fee assistance again after one year.
